Certificate Course in Compensation and Payroll Management

Objectives:

One of the key functions of Human Resource Management is Compensation and Benefits. At the core of C & B is Payroll Management. Payroll Management factors the entire life cycle of an employee within the organisation. This program aims to provide the candidate the end to end understanding of the payroll process. This will result in providing to the industry candidates who will be subject matter experts and will be able to apply the principles of payroll management from day one of their employment in this role.

Eligibility:

Any Graduate Working professionals from HR and Administrative departments.

Course Structure:

This course will be for a total duration of 100 hours. Of these 75 hours would be classroom training and another 25 hours of project assignments

Examination:

Students will be assessed on project work, assignments and a written examination which will be conducted at the end of the course.

Syllabus:

The topics covered shall include Human Resource Management and overview Salary Structure, Statutory Compliances, Payroll Management and Other Aspects of Compensation

Course Duration:

Duration is 3 months. (On successful completion of the Program, certificate will be awarded by TISS, Mumbai)

Course Fee:

The fee for Certificate in Compensation and Payroll Management is Rs 18,100/- (All inclusive- Tuition and Exam fee). To register yourself, you need to provide a draft/cheque of the said amount in the favour of Tata Institute of Social Sciences - School of Vocational Education.
