Training and Development 
Most projects, even at successful companies, tend to go over budget and take longer than projected—even with formal training, specialized tools and automated software. The academic course is designed to teach proven strategies and practical, hands-on tools to drive successful project outcomes. The candidates will learn to scope projects effectively, set key milestones, improve time budgeting and resource allocation. The concepts, tools, and language of project management in this program can be applied to any size or type of project.
Any Graduate Working professionals from any industry
This shall be a work integrated Certificate course in Program and Project Management and will be conducted over a period of 6 months and will cover 10 credits of classroom training and 10 credits of on the job training.
Students will be assessed on project work, assignments and a written examination which will be conducted at the end of the course.
The course syllabus will include Project Organisation and Staffing, Project Procurement Management, Project Lifecycle, Project Quality Management and Project Risks-Identification and Mitigation.
Duration is 6 months. (On successful completion of the Program, certificate will be awarded by TISS, Mumbai)
The fee for Certificate in Program and Project Management is Rs 40,000/- (All inclusive- Tuition and Exam fee). To register yourself, you need to provide a draft/cheque of the said amount in the favour of Tata Institute of Social Sciences - School of Vocational Education.
