This course will be for a total duration of 100 hours. Of these 75 hours would beclassroom training and another 25 hours of project assignments
Students will be assessed on project work, assignments and a written examination which will be conducted at the end of the course.
The topics covered shall include Recruitment functions in Organisations and Staffing Firms, Recruitment Sources & Methods, Selection Process, Offer, Joining & Induction, Ethics in Recruitment.
Duration is 3 months. (On successful completion of the Program, certificate will be awarded by TISS, Mumbai)
The fee for Certificate in Recruitment Management is Rs 18,100/- (All inclusive- Tuition and Exam fee). To register yourself, you need to provide a draft/cheque of the said amount in the favour of Tata Institute of Social Sciences - School of Vocational Education.
