Training and Development 
A rapid economic growth in India will necessarily require a large well trained workforce. The requirement shall be to train more than a 500 million youth in the coming decade. A good quality of training apart from other things also requires well qualified trainers. The objective of this course shall be thus to train participants to be able to deliver training effectively. This program is domain neutral and thus focuses solely on training delivery and not on specific subjects/domain expertise.
Any Graduate Working professionals from HR and Administrative departments or Training and Development functions in industry.
The course would be for a total duration of 40 hours.
Students will be assessed on project work, assignments and a written examination which will be conducted at the end of the course.
The topics covered shall include Adult learning Concepts, Training Need Analysis, Writing Learning Objectives, Planning and Conduct of Training and Training Evaluation
Duration is 3 months. (On successful completion of the Program, certificate will be awarded by TISS, Mumbai)
The fee for Certificate in Training and Development is Rs 9,900/- (All inclusive- Tuition and Exam fee). To register yourself, you need to provide a draft/cheque of the said amount in the favour of Tata Institute of Social Sciences - School of Vocational Education.
